I have been thinking of posting this for some time, but here are some stats from my <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/website" title="Website" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Website">website:

OS Stats :

<a href="http://blog.amit-agarwal.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/OS.jpg"><img class="size-full wp-image-1516" title="OS stats for blog.amit-agarwal.co.in" src="http://blog.amit-agarwal.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/OS.jpg" alt="OS stats for blog.amit-agarwal.co.in" width="429" height="311" />

Interesting to see that <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/windows_xp" title="Windows XP" rel="homepage" href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-xp/default.aspx">Windows XP is still at the top for a <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/linux" title="Linux" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux">Linux blog 🙂

and the <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/usage_share_of_web_browsers" title="Usage share of web browsers" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usage_share_of_web_browsers">Browser stats:

<a href="http://blog.amit-agarwal.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Browser.jpg"><img class="size-full wp-image-1517" title="Browser stats for blog.amit-agarwal.co.in" src="http://blog.amit-agarwal.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Browser.jpg" alt="Browser stats for blog.amit-agarwal.co.in" width="441" height="313" />

And the <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/browser_wars" title="Browser wars" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Browser_wars">browser war seem to be completely dominated by the FF3 browser. FF2 is not too far behind the <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/internet_explorer_6" title="Internet Explorer 6" rel="homepage" href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/">IE6 browser.

But interesting to note is that probably people are updating their browsers more often if it is <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/mozilla_firefox" title="Firefox" rel="homepage" href="http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/">FireFox and <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/internet_explorer" title="Internet Explorer" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Explorer">Internet Explorer guys dont seem to upgrade their browsers so often. He he he 🙂<h6 class="zemanta-related-title">Related articles by Zemanta <ul class="zemanta-article-ul"> <li class="zemanta-article-ul-li"><a href="http://www.appscout.com/2010/01/chrome_overtakes_safari_in_bro.php">Chrome Overtakes Safari in Browser Wars (appscout.com) <li class="zemanta-article-ul-li"><a href="http://www.downloadsquad.com/2009/11/04/old-man-ie6-shakes-fist-as-firefox-surpasses-him-on-in-browser-s/">Old Man IE6 shakes fist as Firefox surpasses him in browser share (downloadsquad.com) <li class="zemanta-article-ul-li"><a href="http://www.engadget.com/2010/01/02/internet-explorer-losing-users-as-other-browsers-set-share-recor/">Internet Explorer losing users as other browsers set share records (engadget.com) <li class="zemanta-article-ul-li"><a href="http://blog.blacknight.com/which-browsers-are-people-using.html">Which Browsers Are People Using?
